Motivation for Monday

Monday's. Many people dread them. Return to work, the weekend is over...it is understandable. The weekend is generally a time of fun, family, friends. Monday means work, boss's, co-workers, traffic. Very understandable.

I am blessed. I do not work on Monday's. My work week is Tuesday and Thursday (currently). But I like my job, I am blessed that I love my co-workers, job and boss. So I don't have that dread. I have had it though. There was that job, with those co-workers, and that kind of boss...all added up to a dreaded 45 minute commute Monday morning fueld by 2 cups of coffee to get me thru to lunch. UGH!

Glad that is behind me.

Now I say all this to say, I understand. But you can be motivated instead of feeling dread. The past 6 weeks or so I have been apart of a Bible study on-line that is making each day sweeter with Jesus. I was invited to check out a Bible study at She Reads Truth. And I look forward to each and every day. I am learning more and more about the WOMEN in the Bible. There are a plethora of biblical studies out there on Jesus, Paul, David, John, Timothy, and so many more. But when it comes to the Ladies of the Bible, you generally get the bigger picture Ladies: Mary, Eve, Sarah, Esther and Ruth. But there are many, many, many more women in the Bible. Numerous Mary's, Priscilla, Rahab, Gomer, Martha. And this blessed Bible study has been going over all of these ladies. I highly recommend you check it out.

But, about the motivation. I signed up to receive a daily email with the daily devotion. And in my emails at the end, on most days are beautiful images with inspiring verses. And that is what I am sharing with you today. Be inspired, be motivated, love Jesus, and learn about the women in the Bible.
